Dr. Kent Salholm has been a licensed Chiropractor since 1987 and has been freeing people from pain since 1988 in his clinic in Garden Grove, CA. As a Chiropractor with experience, he is committed to promoting the health and well-being of his patients. Dr. Salholm uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. Combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing highly effective exercise rehabilitation, Dr. Salholm is able to help you accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
A) What inspired you to become a Chiropractor? My Mom was a recovery room nurse. She was the first person that patients saw when they woke up after surgery. She inspired me to care for patients. My Dad ran a small business from our home. He showed me that you can run an ethical business successfully by giving outstanding service, being kind, honest and compassionate. Together, they were my inspiration.
B) What is the philosophy of your practice that separates you from others in Orange County? TLC Chiropractic has for 30 years been about giving just that – Tender Loving Care! It is about truly caring passionately about our patients in every way. As a result, our patients are like family. Also, we never recommend more care than is needed, and our patients love our open door policy. If you are hurting today, we will see you today! That even goes for new patients.
C)How long have you been working with Personal Injury patients? At TLC we have been successfully treating PI patients for over 30 years. It is so satisfying on our final visit when patients thank us and say, “I never thought I was going to feel this good again!”
D)What hobbies are you passionate about when not in the office? My family above all! I also love running, Angels Baseball and Ducks Hockey.
E)What is your favorite quote? There are so many quotes that I find inspirational. But possibly my favorite is one that I would tell all of my boys on the way to drop them at school every day, from preschool to high school! “Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be…” Abraham Lincoln
F)Lastly, a fun fact or something exciting about you or your life/family. I graduated High School with Los Angeles Lakers great A.C. Green, from Benson Polytechnic High School in Portland, Oregon.
